Our staff will try to make an appointment for you using the parameters you select. We will reply to you promptly to let you know whether your selected appointment is available. If it has already been filled by another patient, we will let you know other options for an appointment during the same time frame. Please try to be flexible and understand that we make appointments on a first come, first serve basis.

Our staff will try to respond to this appointment request in a timely manner. However, responses will only be attended to during business hours, and it could take a few days for you to receive your response. If you need to schedule an office visit rather than an exam for any medical reason (scratch, foreign object in eye, pink eye, etc.), please call our office at (703) 787-3500 so that Dr. Hutcheson may treat you promptly! If our office is closed and you have a medical emergency, see your primary care physician or go to the Emergency Room.
